Stefany has been a nurse since 2010, with half of that time spent in emergency departments and the other half in the intensive care unit. Critical care has become one of her greatest passions despite the challenges that come with it. Her goal is to help navigate through the chaos of misinformation and focus on patient care from a different viewpoint.
Her vision is to offer support for illness prevention, anti-aging, mood support, treatment for migraines, and pregnancy sickness, and cocktails for healthier skin, hair, and nails. She hopes to support anyone with their goals. Her business motto is “We rise by lifting others,” and she believes it takes a community, change, word of mouth, and lateral support to achieve this
Kelsie is a nurse practitioner who received her nursing degree in 2010. She worked with cardiac patients for several years and then spent several years in the ICU. In 2017, she earned her doctorate degree and has since been practicing in the community.
Kelsie is excited to be a part of a business that provides care and front-line support in the community. As an athlete, she enjoys running, triathlons, and bodybuilding and is excited about the different infusions and supplements that Level Up will offer. She knows how important these things are for overall health and performance and is enthusiastic about being a part of the team.
Hello, I’m Trevor Summerhays. Im from Fort Collins, Colorado but moved to Southern Utah in 2006. I graduated with my nursing degree in 2018. I have worked at the hospital since, with most of that time as a critical care float nurse. Prior to nursing I was a golf professional. I have been fortunate to spend time in Utah, Colorado, Maine, and Florida teaching and running golf courses
I loved the teaching side and I feel that has carried over to my nursing career. I love to advocate and empower my patients to have a healthy more fulfilled life. While in the golf industry, I met my beautiful wife. We have been together for six years. We just brought a beautiful baby girl into the world. She has been such a joy to our lives
